Oreo Poke Cake

This was so good! It's a similar idea to jello poke cake, or rainbow cake. The pudding in it is a great substitute for icing and made the cake so moist! I kind of want to make this again today. I would recommend using a straw or something larger than fork prongs to make the pokes because the pudding is thicker and can't seep into the cake as well if you use a fork.

Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix (with eggs, oil, and water)
2 4oz packages of Oreo pudding
4 cups milk
Crushed Oreos (optional)

Directions:
1. Make cake mix as directed on the back of the box.
2. Once fully cooked (a fork inserted in center comes out clean), remove from oven and let it cool while you make the pudding.
3. Combine ingredients for pudding and mix well. (Don't over mix, or let it get too thick or else it won't go into the poked cake as well).
4. Using a straw, poke holes all over the top of the cake going almost all the way to the bottom of the pan.
5. Pour pudding over cake making sure it goes into the holes.
6. Refrigerate until cool and pudding is set.

Enjoy!
