Chicken Salad


Quick, convenient, no reheating necessary: all these make for a fantastic lunch for on-the-go people or those at work. I love this recipe. I made this recipe, and took it to work to keep in the fridge there. I also bought a thing of croissants, so I can make chicken salad sandwiches. I think I'm looking forward for work tomorrow just so I can have another sandwich. Garnish with lettuce, tomato and cheese if desired. FANTASTIC and healthy. 

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, boiled and chopped
1/3 cup chopped celery 
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
2/3 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip (I used 1/3 cup of each)

Directions: 
1. Combine all the ingredients, cool and enjoy!
