Oreo Balls

Ok folks, I want you to listen really closely here. This recipe is beyond words. If you are planning to do some holiday baking this year for your friends. And if you are trying to figure out what things to make, then I highly, highly recommend these Oreo balls. It is three ingredients and you don't have to bake anything. Super easy! Best of all, everyone loves them. I have made these several times, and I am telling you, these things get eaten up fast! My sister made them for a church function out in Idaho, and a man stood up and clapped after having one of these. This recipe was introduced to us by Rhonda Wardwell, so props to her. Stan had them at work and came home so excited to make them. So here it is.

1 bag of Oreos
1 1/2 blocks of Cream Cheese (8oz. kind)
Chocolate or White Chocolate Almond bark

Smash the Oreos to smithereens in a ziploc bag. The more smashed up the better!! Add the cream cheese, mash it all together with your hands. Did I tell you this recipe was a little messy?? Well, it is. But nothing works as good as your hands. Once it is all nice and mashed together, take the mixture and roll it into 1 inch sized balls. Then dip the ball in your melted almond bark. Set on wax paper to cool and harden. Eat right away, or save for later. Keep these stored in the fridge since it has cream cheese in it. Enjoy! And then bring me one.

  1. Those are so yummy! I make them during the holidays and give them out. You can make them using nutter butters also.
