Always wanting to eat the cookie dough instead of the cookie? Well, here you go! A perfect, egg-free cookie dough recipe designed just for those dough lovers. I made this for Thanksgiving, and they were gone! Definitely make this next time you have to bring a dessert.
Aden's job was to make the balls. He said he was done, so I turned around and saw this. Pretty sure he got tired of rolling dough!
Ingredients:
1 cup salted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
6 oz mini chocolate chips
Chocolate, for melting
Directions:
1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together. Slowly mix in flour. Add chocolate chips.
2. Roll into balls.
3. Melt chocolate in a pan on low heat. With a fork, drizzle chocolate over the cookie dough balls. Or just dip the balls in the chocolate.
