Not Your Typical Back-of-the-Chocolate-Chip-Bag Recipe

Say goodbye to bite-size cookies. THIS is a cookie! Big, fluffy, delicious, and perfect. They are fabulous! Oh, so good! I have a hard time eating cookies because they always seem too sugary. However, this recipe is the perfect combination giving you more of a cookie taste instead of eating a circle of sugar. I can't take all the credit for this though; thank you Brindisi for such a great recipe!

Recipe:
3 1/4 sticks of softened butter
1 1/4 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
5 1/2 cups flour
1 bag mini chocolate chips

MIX: butter, both sugars, baking soda, salt and vanilla together. Add eggs in one at a time. Mix well. Add flour 1 cup at a time. Mix well. Add in chocolate chips.

TRICK: Grab about a golf ball amount of dough, keeping it airy and place it on a greased cookie sheet. No rolling or compressing the dough. Lets keep these cookies fluffy!

BAKE: 350 degrees for 10 mins only (maybe 11)
The cookies will still seem a little doughy when they're done, but this makes for fabulous cookies after about 20 mins of cooling!

ENJOY!
