Mom's Lasagna (follow-up)

Yeah, it's worth a second post. Really, I just wanted to add the picture of what this lasagna really looks like. After sharing the recipe, I was seriously craving this. It wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be. Actually, it is pretty simple. I think I associate it with being so difficult, because that is how my mom talks about it. But, when she makes it, she make a TON!! She is in the kitchen all day. However to make a single pan....it really is not that bad at all. The recipe calls for 1/2 pound of sausage. I used one whole pound and instead of beef, I used ground turkey. My dad came over and we all were loving it. It will be the best leftovers ever tomorrow. The pic may not look that great, but the taste is!
