Breakfast Casserole
This recipe is one of the reasons that I created this blog. I have a bag full of recipes that I love and keep stashed away. Anytime I want to make one of my tried and true recipes, I have to dig through my unorganized collection to find it. I have had this recipe for years and it is a great one. I had to make a breakfast casserole for a teacher's breakfast at Jake's school this morning. This recipe is great because you can make it the night before and stick it in the oven the next morning. It fluffs up real pretty and is so good.
Ingredients
12 eggs whipped
1 lb. sausage cooked and drained
8 slices bread, crumbled (I buy white bread for this recipe.)
2C cheese
3C milk
1tsp salt
Mix all together. Spray pan, pour in mixture, and store in fridge overnight. In the morning stick in a 350 degree oven for an hour. Enjoy!
