Grilled Vegetables
So, there really isn't a recipe here because really it's just vegetables, but they are so good. I LOVE my grill pan. It is great for indoor grilling where you want those tasty charred marks without having to bust out the grill.
This is what my grill pan looks like.
I heat it on medium high heat, spray it, put my veggies on and then I lower it to a medium. I cook them as long as I want and I add seasonings, usually just salt and pepper. Today I did squash, zucchini, and asparagus. It really is simple, and so so good!
